Jan 26, 2015 Morgan's Caves

Today Rich and Kathy set out to explore some caves about 1/2 mile away from the harbor.  Yep, we know the routine, in the cabin, and listening to music.  Kathy did not bother to put a CD on, because Willy's Water Bar is almost always blasting music.  Right now the locals are definitely in love with John Legend's "All of Me".   OMG, they play it constantly, only interspersed with the island version of it, which does have a good beat.  But really, have they never heard of ear worms?  Thank goodness the bar is only open from 12:00 to 8:00 everyday, but Sunday 3:00 to 12:30, by city ordinance.  Anyway, I heard Rich and Kathy talking about the caves.  Apparently during the 1700's pirates occupied the island of North Andros.  Morgan's Bluff and Morgan's Caves are named after the famous privateer-pirate Henry Morgan.  These are subterranean limestone caves.  They say he stored his treasures there, but they are yet to be found.  If Bitts and I found them, we would buy some better kibbles, or at least some expensive dog treats!
